how long does it take to get pictures?

Pictures are posted to secure galleries within a few days of picture day. Orders are collected for a full week and then printed in one batch. That first batch is usually delivered to schools three weeks after picture day. Orders continue to be collected until the first Sunday of November and then delivered to schools before Thanksgiving Break.

If you pay for direct shipping, please expect a 10-15 day turnaround time.

is there a dress code?

Each school has their own policies for appropriate clothing. While some schools allow hats in school pictures, LPOSD requires at least one photo without a head covering for administrative use.

We are paperless. There are no forms sent home and nothing for parents to do before picture day (other than laundry).

Parents are emailed a secure link to view their student's gallery online and purchase their favorite poses, expressions and backgrounds.

how do I share access with grandparents?

You are welcome to forward your access email to other family members to provide access to everyone you have access to.

To share one individual, you can login, scroll down to the bottom of the Overview page  "Code entered for: Student Name (8675309J)"

Enter the 8-Digit code at shop.allstar7b.com

This could be two issues: missing access or missing pictures.

Access to pictures is based on your registration with the school district as the parent/guardian. If you did not receive an email, it is either an issue with the district system or with our system. Please email amy@allstar7b.com to let us know that you should have access but don't. We will confirm your registration and fix the broken access.

It also happens that pictures are stuck on our end due to misidentification. If you know your student was photographed but haven't received access when the rest of your school did, please email amy@allstar7b.com to let us know. 
We work with schools to properly identify "mystery students" within a few days of releasing galleries. Your email may expedite the process or alert us to a problem we were not aware of. Thank you for working with us!

If we don't love the original pictures, can we redo them. And Do we get to choose?

Yes! We want you to love your pictures! Both sets of pictures will be available with the same access code for you to choose from the many.

Retakes do not replace original schoology profile pictures.

Retakes are available for any reason. Some schools schedule retakes at the school a few weeks after picture day. The studio is open for retakes several times throughout the school year. Usually on the non-student Fridays of each month.
